Chris W. Chen is an organization effectiveness manager with Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 company in San Diego. He also runs his own consulting business specializing in leadership training. Previously, Chen led Sempra's organization development function, where he was responsible for leadership development, organization development, training, and employee communications. His publications include New Supervisor Training (ASTD, 2002), Simply Spoken Leadership (David and Roe Press, 1998) and articles on a variety of human resource topics. He has spoken at several major conferences, including the Colby leadership conference.

Christopher Ancona is director of product development for CIMBA, focusing on designing, developing and testing innovative technology for its unique personal and leadership development program. Chris received his BSME from University of Michigan and MBA from CIMBA and the University of Iowa. He has more than 17 years’ experience in product development and project management. Working for the Swedish company SKF, Chris has had numerous management assignments including the building and management of its Product Technical Center in China. Chris came to CIMBA after recognizing that traditional training and development programs were not having the expected impact on employee growth and productivity, and CIMBA gave a unique opportunity to innovate in this important space. Chris currently teaches Marketing, Management, and Leadership in the CIMBA program offered through the Consortium of Universities and headed by the University of Iowa.  Within the unique CIMBA Leadership Development System, he is responsible for the development and integration of multiple neuro-bio (EEG, GSR, ECG, etc.), peer-based, and psychometric based feedback tools into the classroom and the coaching environments to support personal change.

Chris Curtin founded Connected Approach Partners to be both the “positive irritant” and “serial encourager” to leaders and organizations with this aim: to help them curate their Leader Approach and achieve their full potential. Through his 20+ years of HR-related experience, Chris has been a coach, partner, strategist and change agent to leaders within Fortune 100 companies including RTX Corporate, Pratt & Whitney (a division of RTX), and GE. As an executive HR Leader, Chris led large global teams of HR business partners, Talent professionals, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion experts while serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and executive leaders. Chris now leverages this experience to provide high-level solutions to leaders and organizations across the globe. Chris resides in New England with his wife, two children, and the family’s mini-goldendoodle. He serves on the Board of Directors for Suffield Community Aid, an organization that provides supportive health and social services for Suffield residents in times of need. In his spare time, Chris enjoys exercising, cheering for the Boston Celtics, and collecting SAAB cars.

Chris Dobyns currently serves as the manager of the Office of Human Resource Strategies at the National Security Agency. Chris joined the National Security Agency shortly after 9/11, and has helped steer the agency through various pay and compensation reforms during a period that has seen some of the most dramatic hiring and changes in the NSA’s history. Chris is a regular presenter on topics of pay, recognition, and incentives, and he has provided briefings to high-level audiences including agency senior management, the undersecretary of defense for intelligence and the U.S. Department of Defense, and audiences from other intelligence community agencies.
