Dima Khatib is a learning and organizational development professional with extensive experience as a strategic and tactical leader, consultant, change management expert, coach, and trainer. Her passion and track record of success is centered on three inter-related areas in the fields of change management, L&D, and HR. Her sweet spot has been collaborating with client organizations on aligning people, processes, and technologies to ensure increased organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.Khatib currently lives in Raleigh, NC, and is a learning and organizational development consultant at Vaco. She started her consulting career working at organizations such as Accenture and Clarkston Consulting where she leveraged her expertise to assist clients in managing their change journeys through the design and development of individual performance and organizational change. In the US and internationally, Khatib took on a variety of roles including VP of Human Resources and Learning for a Caterpillar dealership in Dubai and VP of Learning & Change Management for a non-profit organization. Her volunteer work includes supporting small businesses through education with a non-profit organization, Score.Khatib earned her B.S. in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst University and her M.S. in Management from North Carolina State University.

Principal Consultant, Korn Ferry   Bruce Jackson is a principal consultant on Hay Group / Korn Ferry’s leadership and talent consulting team, based in Minneapolis. Dedicated to optimal personal, team, and organizational performance, he has a broad and systemic understanding of the key human factors that drive high performance at all levels of the organization. Bruce has worked in various Fortune 500, educational, nonprofit, and financial institutions to provide custom client solutions.  Bruce’s previous roles include senior consultant with InsideOut Development, director and architect of the nationally acclaimed Center for the Advancement of Leadership at Utah Valley University, and principal of the Institute of Applied Human Excellence. He holds four master’s degrees—counseling psychology (Boston University, School of Education), business administration (University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management), organization behavior (Fielding Graduate University), and public administration (Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government)—and a doctor of philosophy in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University.

Dr. Cohen formerly maintained one of the largest psychiatric practices in Los Angeles, specializing in behavioral and attitude change. He was also a visiting professor of management at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University in 1975 and 1976. Additionally, Dr. Cohen has designed and funded medical research projects that have resulted in eight published articles in prestigious medical journals.

Kathryn Larson, Senior Learning Strategist, has worked with UPS on several key leadership initiatives. She has been with The Regis Company for five years managing global client engagements. Larson began as a designer/developer of immersive learning programs and performance support systems and later shifted into account management. The introduction of the Internet as a learning tool sparked a personal vision for Kathryn, and she co-founded a successful startup, Granite Technologies, in 1998. The company built an award-winning, online performance support platform that continues today and is now translated into more than 13 languages. Her current role includes consulting on initial design, needs analysis, program gate reviews, and relationship management. Her educational background includes a BS degree in geology and postgraduate work in geology, organization development, and education.
