She has been connecting people with their passion and purpose to achieve breakthrough results since 2001. She’s been working with the NIH Clinical Center since 2005. Before that, Way worked at the CIA for 13 years in telecommunications and network management. She is certified in Results systems coaching, brain-based coaching, coactive coaching, team coaching, emergent learning, social therapy, MBTI and social action research.
