A New Approach to Quantifying Training Program Effectiveness

Dorothy Tsui is a Principal with Corporation for Positive Change, and the Founder of both the Greater China and Hong Kong Center for Positive Change. She is a dedicated talent and organization development practitioner with broad portfolio including clients from businesses across industries, institutions and non-profits in Greater China, South East Asia and the USA. She designs and facilitates co-creative processes that are firmly grounded in the strength-based principles of Appreciative Inquiry for positive and lasting change. She offers consulting services to organizations to accelerate their talent development and organizational learning through optimizing collective strengths and best practices. She also trains and develops Appreciative Inquiry practitioners and consultants through intensive programs and one-on-one mentoring. She is ATD’s first Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) in Hong Kong and has been supporting CPTD candidates in Asia to go through the certification process.

Dorothy Lawrence works as a training and quality specialist for Stanford Children’s Health, and is dedicated to promoting staff development and enhancing operational workflows. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a master of arts degree in education, with a specialization in adult education and training.
