Eric F. Davis  is i4cp's creative director and senior editor, contributing to original research production, graphic design, and member and media queries. Eric worked for i4cp's predecessor, the Human Resource Institute. Prior to that, he accumulated workforce experience in a variety of fields and capacities, including tenures as a conference planner for Marshall University, marketing manager for the Robert C. Byrd Institute for Advanced Technical Manufacturing, graphic design specialist for COX Communications, and laboratorian for DuPont.  He is the lead researcher for the i4cp Chief Diversity Officer Board and author of the report , Diversity & Inclusion Practices that Promote Market Performance. Erin Higgenbotham is an instructional designer with the Technical Training division within Domino’s (Pizza) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before joining Domino’s, she served as an instructional designer within the Technical Development Center of Honda of America Manufacturing, located in Marysville, Ohio.In other previous positions, Higgenbotham worked at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, developing e-learning, web-based synchronous, asynchronous training, instructor led-training focused on automation, protection relays, and protection systems. She has also worked at the Online Computer Library Center, where she developed and facilitated blended technical training for EMEA and domestic audiences. Higgenbotham aims to create learning experiences that are relevant, applicable, engaging, and effective for learners. Her educational background includes international experience studying at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, and a master’s degree in Japanese linguistics, with a focus in curriculum development for bilingual learners from the University of Arizona. She acquired a M.Ed. in instructional design and technology from Kent State University.

Judy Ellis is senior vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion advisory, leading the global DEI consulting practice at AMS, a global talent workforce solutions firm. She has primary responsibility for setting direction and delivering strategic DEI solutions for clients.Prior to joining AMS, Ellis’s 20-year DEI career included leading two firms: ThinkPeople, a certified woman- and minority-owned consultancy; and Integrity Development, a DEI training company cofounded with her husband Eric Ellis. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she worked in corporate communications on brands including Folgers, Pringles, and Jiff.Ellis has served as an adjunct instructor in workforce diversity at the University of Cincinnati’s Master’s in Applied Psychology Program. She has a BS in management and organizations from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business and holds a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in coaching from the International Coaching Federation.
