Jenn Labin is the coach at Rocket Brain Coaching, where she focuses on helping neurodivergent women overcome obstacles, achieve more at work, and reach for the stars. Previously, Jenn was the chief diversity officer and director of L&D at MentorcliQ, an innovative mentoring platform, Jenn has had success working with a wide spectrum of organizations, including large private sector businesses, government and military operations, and higher education institutions.Jenn is the author of Mentoring Programs That Work and Real World Training Design. Jenn co-authored a chapter in the ASTD Handbook, 2nd edition, and has been published in the Pfeiffer Annual Journal, CLO Magazine, and TD magazine. Jenn's hyperfixation is working with women with ADHD and other neurodivergence, coming from her background in coaching and as someone with ADHD.
