Jen Lewi is the founder and CEO of Design Your Next Step, a boutique executive coaching and career strategy firm. With a passion for professional development and expertise in executive coaching, she’s dedicated to helping professionals leverage their strengths and carve out fulfilling careers that enrich their lives. She also facilitates training for organizations to create engaging workplace cultures and enhance employee onboarding. Her background includes senior roles in marketing, membership, professional development, and conference planning. She headed up learning and development at the School Nutrition Association, a nonprofit association with a mission to advance healthy school meals for all students. Jen’s career trajectory began within the corporate sector, where she built brands for LVMH, Procter & Gamble, BBC America, and General Mills. These experiences allow her to integrate best practices from both corporate and nonprofit environments, while also providing a global perspective to her coaching and training engagements. As a regular contributor to publications for organizations like Fast Company and ATD, Jen shares her insights on career strategy and workplace trends through writing. She also serves on the leadership team of the International Coaching Federation’s career coaching community of practice. She holds a bachelor of arts from McGill University, an MBA from HEC Paris, and multiple nationally recognized coaching certifications.
