How do we cultivate our own confidence and how does confidence lead to stronger relationships? Emotional intelligence provides a framework to understand ourselves and others, which leads to stronger relationships. In this webcast, we explore the importance of confidence in how we manage ourselves and how we present ourselves to others, but also look outward to the importance of empathy in understanding others.
