Judy Ellis is senior vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion advisory, leading the global DEI consulting practice at AMS, a global talent workforce solutions firm. She has primary responsibility for setting direction and delivering strategic DEI solutions for clients.Prior to joining AMS, Ellis’s 20-year DEI career included leading two firms: ThinkPeople, a certified woman- and minority-owned consultancy; and Integrity Development, a DEI training company cofounded with her husband Eric Ellis. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she worked in corporate communications on brands including Folgers, Pringles, and Jiff.Ellis has served as an adjunct instructor in workforce diversity at the University of Cincinnati’s Master’s in Applied Psychology Program. She has a BS in management and organizations from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business and holds a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in coaching from the International Coaching Federation. She also is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Joe Barto

Founder of Wolf & Heron, Stephanie Judd specializes in coaching leaders on the practical skills they need to engage and inspire others. Her point of view on influential storytelling, in particular, has earned her international credibility. Judd holds a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from the Ross School of Business, and an MS in natural resources and the environment from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Coactive Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and a former member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
