Olga Gavrilova is a talent development leader and educator with more than 15 years of experience in both academic and corporate settings. During her career, Olga has worked with a wide variety of business verticals, including IT, insurance, hospitality, oil and gas, nonprofits, and education bodies ranging from universities to governmental agencies promoting lifelong learning and employability.

Since 2016, she has been based in the East Asia and Pacific region, where she drives talent development in the offices of NYSE-listed and S&P 500 organizations across the entire region. She actively collaborates and contributes to educational initiatives in India, Kazakhstan, the Middle East, and Europe. She has experience designing, customizing, and delivering learning solutions for mid and senior leaders, HR professionals, business owners, and academic institutions. Olga has delivered on topics such as ESG and sustainability, agile project and program management, DEI, different aspects of emotional intelligence for business leaders and HR professionals, negotiation, and consulting. She has also coached high-potential women leaders and women returning to work after long career breaks.

In addition, she has developed and delivered many unique regional projects supporting cultural adaptation for relocated staff (Relocation Ambassadors group, Buddy programs), faster and hands-on AI adoption (AI Advising Group), onboarding and adaptation of newcomers to the organization (Lightning Talks Series), and award-winning intensive engineering and data science boot camps in cooperation with external vendors and SMEs (Emerging Engineers Academies, JS and Data Science Academies).

During her time in the East Asia and Pacific region, Olga has partnered with many regional institutions, from schools to universities, promoting STEM education for kids and teenagers, advising on career decisions for students, and providing reskilling for mid-career changers.

The talent development strategy and programs Olga supported in the region won multiple local awards from SkillsFuture Singapore, Employee Experience Awards, and Stevie Awards, among others.

Outside of work, Olga promotes and practices quality de-noise and digital detox practices, such as nature bathing, traveling to new destinations, and gardening.
