Vanessa Bailey is an instructional designer at Strayer University.  She is currently working on creating online courses for students utilizing simulations, m-learning, and video scenarios.  She has a M.S. degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.  Her background prior to joining the training field was in animation and game development.
