I'm currently working for the federal government in engineering but want to Segway into the field on training and development within the government. I am not familiar with agencies that focus in this area. My agency does not have a branch or group focused in this area. Can someone share agencies that provide this service and the requirements?

Dina, a couple jobs ago I worked in a position that developed training for Student Loan processing and all that training fell under the Department of Education. They regulated the training heavily and had trainers on staff, that might at least be an agency to look at what vacancies they have.

Thank you Keith for the recommendation. I will look into the Dept of Education. How important is it in their field to pursue higher education such as a Masters. I feel that since I am transitioning from a different career I would need the Masters to bridge me into the field since I lack the experience .
